Ich muss heute mal etwas seltenes machen, nämlich die Bundesregierung loben. Zwei Meldungen aus Berlin in dieser Woche haben mir nämlich gut gefallen. Zum einen daß der Bedarf an Alkohol und Nikotin nicht zum Grundbedarf eines menschenwürdigen Lebens zählt. Natürlich werde ich mir nicht anmaßen mich zur finanziellen Situation von Hartz IV Beziehern zu äußern. Aber ich sehe jeden Tag das dieser Personenkreis Geld für Alkohol und Zigaretten ausgibt. Es kann aber nicht Aufgabe des Steuerzahlers sein das zu finanzieren. Zumal der Konsum von Rauschmitteln und Narkotika nicht gerade förderlich ist um wieder auf die Beine zu kommen. Wer Alkohol oder Nikotin abhängig ist und seine Sucht auch noch finanziert gets a little momentum is a living challenge to develop on my own. Of course, Aldi and have no net sales slump in cheap alcohol and cigarettes just because they fall out of the demand calculation. It's still a real character out of politics.
also as a real character, I rate the planned increase in tobacco tax. Even if the smoker, the only complain at their expense budget is to be renovated. Taxes (and subsidies) are control elements of the state. Drugs harm people, so the society, therefore the state. If even a ban unenforceable, the way the tax is the right.
Bleibt zu hoffen das aus diesen Ideen auch Gesetze werden und sie nicht über den Bundesrat stolpern.
